The Primary Guidance Counselling Department started a community lunchtime group in early January 2012.
This group is based on Jenny Moseley’s Quality Circle Model and meets M-W-F at lunchtimes.
Our current project is planting and caring for a vegetable garden, located in Upper Primary Quad. As you will see from the photos—all is green and great! We planted from seeds and seedlings and are proud to report all are healthy and growing—broccoli, iceberg lettuce mesculin mix lettuce, garlic, potatoes, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, cauliflower, peppers, onions, string beans, carrots, and radishes.
Our future plans include a herb garden and summer sunflowers. We are ALL having a blast!!
